She’s a Bad Feminist, a Vibrator Advocate & an Accidental Middle Age influencer dedicated to Growing Old Disgracefully.

Driven by a deep sense of purpose to connect humans and empower women to embrace themselves as they are, find their confidence either for the first time or rediscovering it & to tackle life head on & to embrace the fear & find their voice & inner strength.

During lockdown, she consciously uncoupled from her husband of 19 years & after living in Portland Oregon for 8 years, inspired by the women who reach out to her daily in her Direct Messages, Lou felt the need to go & meet these humans in her community & help them connect with one another.

So she crowd funded an unreliable 35ft Vintage Motorhome called Susie, & set of on a tour of the US preaching Self Love, Women Rights, Masturbation & showing women the joys of stepping out of your comfort zone & facing your fears & seeing just what’s possible.

She threw events along the 6k mile / 28 State journey - ending in New York where she was a key note speaker at Sexpo.

She moved back to the UK at the end of 22, shipping her Iconic Bus with her to continue her mission & bring the Self Love Revolution to the shores of Great Britain.
