Theatrical adaptations include John Fowles’ The French Lieutenant’s Woman and The Collector, Jane Austen’s Sense and Sensibility and Persuasion, Bram Stoker’s Dracula and Thomas Hardy’s Far From the Madding Crowd. These have been performed around the world. Mark is now writing for television and his original thriller series (co-written with Damien Goodwin), The Morrigan, is currently in development.

Mark has also worked as a writer and script editor on many video games including the Assassin's Creed, Total War and Witcher series.
